Koinonia Oasis is not a program or a conference—it is a getaway, an oasis of rest for pastors and their families. Ministry is a constant outpouring, and for many pastors—especially those who are bi-vocational or serving in isolated areas—opportunities to truly rest are almost nonexistent. They often carry heavy burdens, balancing church responsibilities, work, and family, with little time to pause. Koinonia Oasis was created to provide that space of renewal.

In beautiful hotel settings with all expenses covered, pastors and their families are invited to step away from the demands of daily life and ministry. Here, they can rest without agenda, enjoy quality time together as a couple or family, and reconnect with one another in God’s presence. It is an oasis in the desert—a place to breathe again, to find shade for the weary, and living water for the soul.

During these getaways, we seek to honor and bless pastors by giving them the simple yet profound gift of rest. In the stillness of God’s creation, they can hear His voice in new ways, find peace in their hearts, and return renewed—body, soul, and spirit.

Koinonia Oasis exists because we believe that when pastors are refreshed, their families are strengthened, and their congregations are blessed. It is more than a retreat; it is a reminder that before being shepherds of God’s people, they are beloved sons and daughters, invited to rest in Him.
