Welcome to
Baja Blessing
Baja Blessing exists to strengthen and empower the body of Christ in Mexico to spread the gospel everywhere, among all nations and peoples.
We are the Mishler family, serving in the sunny state of Baja California Sur, Mexico (and sometimes all over Latin America)! We have been involved in missions in Mexico as a family since 2005, and have lived here in Baja since 2015.
We call our ministry Baja Blessing because as believers, we are blessed to be a blessing! God has spoken very clearly that this small state on a peninsula in Mexico will send laborers all over the world! Baja will be blessed and become a blessing, for the glory of God. For this reason, we are helping to build strong churches in Mexico that will impact the world. But it all started long before we arrived…
Randy, Lui, Sofi, Max, Nico & Wils
Since 1959, when the Mishler family (Randy’s parents and grandparents) followed God’s call from Oregon to Baja California Sur, they began spreading the blessing of the Lord wherever they went – by car, by small plane – however they could. The fruit of their ministry continues to thrive today. You can read more about it here
Baja Blessing is a ministry of Latin America Fellowship, Albany, Oregon.

Koinonia Pastors Retreat
Koinonia in the greek means fellowship, partnership, sharing. It was a foundational building block of the New Testament church, and it’s incredibly important today as well. Our Koinonia pastors gatherings are designed to encourage pastors in their fellowship with each other, and even more importantly, the fellowship of the Spirit. We bring a small group of pastors away for a retreat – all expenses paid – and provide a space for this to take place, as well as to honor them, thank them, and encourage them as they serve the flock of God.

Homes for Pastors
(and other projects)
We never set out to build houses, but a few years ago, some pastor friends of ours had a dire housing need. So we prayed, stepped out in faith, and the rest is history. God miraculously provided. This act of faith led to more projects and more miracles. We have now built several houses and kids cafeterias, and more projects are in the works. People from all over have given, visited on a work team, and prayed so that these projects were completed. If you’d like to be involved, click here.
